Loved everything. The service, the rooms, the free happy hour, the breakfast, the location. Will definitely stay again

Spaceous room, free breakfast, close to LAX

The breakfast is awesome. But the bathroom can use some improvements. There are only 2 towel hangers in the bathroom. It is awesome to have a fitness gym. But the machine is down.

The room was big and the bedroom was comfortable. Front desk personal was friemdly and helpful.

Great location to the beach communities, LAX and all the action packed entertainment locations!

The room was nice. I would have liked for the outter blinds to close. So my room could be darker when I slept. When I checked in Daniel was at the front desk. He told me breakfast was 7am-10am. I even asked again in the evening. But when I went down for breakfast the next day the chalkboard said 9am. He also told me I could ask for Late check out Monday. But when I asked the front desk lady, she said we're not offering late check out today. The information given is Very inconsistent an that is Annoying. Plus during check-out, he couldn't print out my receipt. But only could do a print out of me being charged for parking. *Honestly I don't see why we have to Pay to park our cars. We have already Paid for our hotel stay. More variety in Free Breakfast would be nice as well.

So let me just start out by saying I would have given them five stars but I guess I had a miscommunication with the front desk when I told them I don't want any room service unless I asked him for it. The third day I was there housekeeping in my room and I was kind of irritated with that. I don't like people touching my stuff and I felt kind of violated. But other than that my stay was awesome..lol! They had a hot breakfast every morning and it was great! Every time I would ask for something housekeeping would be knocking at my door within 5 minutes. The rooms were great. I didn't hear any noise from any other rooms. The staff was great. Especially the ones and the eating area for breakfast. They also gave us a b'day snack bag!
