This place was amazing during our LA fire evacuation! Clarissa, the manager, Chelsea, and the rest of the staff were so nice and kind and patient with me, my elderly parents, and our dog. The big breakfast included was a lifesaver and your flexibility with possible last minute check-out on a daily basis was so helpful! And Clarissa even gave me a complementary bottle of wine! Thank you so much for making a stressful time easier on us. My family is so grateful.

Not bad at all

Very nice Homewood suite. Perfectly located near LAX but not at the airport itself, which is a big difference. Clean, modern rooms and good breakfast (by good I mean the level you get in US hotels). I would definitely choose this hotel again, the price is ok but not cheap.

Absolutely Enjoyed The Room Staff & Complimentary Breakfast.

The rooms are very nice, has a full kitchen with full size fridge, electric stove, toaster oven, and come with some cooking pots, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware along with a small table for two to eat at. Living Room has a full "L" couch, table, and tv., Bedroom had 2 queen beds, tv, dresser and a desk. Bathroom was nice with one sink and behind a door was the toilet and shower/bathtub. But the reason this place is one of the best, and definitely 5 stars, is because of the complimentary breakfast. The hot food is real food, eggs, sausage, chorizo, and potatoes and the cook makes everything taste fantastic. Then they have the oatmeal bar, the waffle machine (with chocolate chips, whip cream, and everything. Cereal, granola, milk or hot cocoa and a juice machine or coffee. Also, it is pet friendly! And the staff is very chill and helpful. Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel. We didn't receive the room we reserved but that's ok. We listened to basketball until the the court closed. Breakfast was awesome. The pull out wasn't the greatest so our 4th person slept on the couch.

The king suite came with a full size fridge, silverware, walk in shower, and very comfortable beds. The laundry room is very nice for 3 dollars to both wash and dry. I got my digital key through the hilton app and was able to access my room without having to stop by the front desk. The lobby, hallways, dining area, and public bathrooms are very clean and well kept. The Tv was nice, I watched all the shows I want and I slept good.The property is very spacious and quite and I would come back again.

Nice hotel. Clean. Easy parking. But had to pay $20 / night. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is solid

UPDATE: Manager contacted me and was very receptive to fixing the issues. This hotel is the one to stay at, stop looking elsewhere. This was my second time staying here. Both were for 3 weeks at a time. There was a slight difference between these stays. The breakfast is the biggest problem if you plan on being here for an extended stay. It never rotates and is always the same food. The first time I stayed it was not like this. Housekeeping seems to come on random days and after asking for some consistency it never actually worked out. With that being said, the staff are all amazing and super nice. I would stay here again. But I ask to change the food out and have housekeeping be more consistent. Very clean hotel.
