Rosie Martinez and Tanya Watson are the absolute BEST!!

We booked a week, I’m a member of Hilton rewards and was offered several rooms, I asked for a 4th floor room facing the pool, we was told at check-in that we couldn’t have that room, we were given a room on the 3rd floor facing industrial units. We had 5 people staying in the suite, the rooms are really nice, spacious and well equipped. The desk staff took $500 over the cost of the room, she said it was for room incidentals (I’ve stayed all over the world and never been charged $500)! Even the lady who checked us in said it was very expensive! Location is ok, too many speed bumps, given the hotel is right at the end of the road. Breakfast is fantastic, catering for everyone. Pool area too small for the amount of guests, same with the fitness center. Throughout our week stay all we could smell in the communal areas was marijuana! Overall 4/5, room was great, other stuff not so much. We come a few times a year to this area, I think we will try the Hilton Garden next, in the same complex but at the front.

Great hotel for customer service and good breakfast. Rooms are big. Our bed and pillows were horrible though flat pillows and bed with springs you could feel. Woke up with horrible pain. TV is good many channels.

Very good experience here . Very clean and the staff is really friendly. Also a shout out to the breakfast attendant Yasmine. She was helpful and friendly and the breakfast is pretty good here. I would definitely comeback.

Unfortunately, they still use only plastic/disposable tableware, and there's no variety at breakfast. Despite asking and declining at check-in, I was charged for parking. After complaining, the amount was quickly credited.

The only semi negative is the rooms should have better directions to them. It's a large Hotel and should have more clear ways to get to the room. Parking is Free was pleasantly surprised as I kept reading they charged $20 which to date is not true. Rooms were nice spacious and a nice view.

A good experience, The room was nice overall. There was some noticeable wear-and-tear on the carpeting and some of the furniture but nothing too significant. Our room was large, well-lit, and offered plenty of storage. The kitchen was fairly well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. The hallway was a little bit noisy from inside the room, but I was pleasantly surprised that we could not hear noise from outside while in the room, the hotel is located in an industrial neighborhood, I expected to be able to hear the noise pollution from inside. The service was great. Everyone at the front desk was courteous and attentive. I called the front desk for extra towels and expected to wait for a little while, but someone brought them up in less than 5 minutes. The neighborhood here is a little bit rougher than I expected, but the hotel itself feels safe, and they do have security on-site at night. This hotel is a good value. It's very close to the freeway and lots of food options nearby, It is pet friendly, and comfortable enough for the price. It checks all the boxes. I would stay here again.

Corner room on 3rd floor. Quiet, couldn't hear trains we could see. Jaime at the front desk was awesome. As was the rest of the staff. Breakfast had all the little touches that are usually missing from American brands "free" breakfast. Comfy beds, clean bathroom, TV and kitchen worked.

Location is the only complaint. Nothing within walking distances
