Im from France and it was a good hotel!! Workers are sweet and the breakfast was good, maybe with more choices it'll be even better!!!

Decent clean hotel with friendly and competent staff. Slight smell in the hallways. Used pullout couch witch was barely usable as half the springs holding the mattress were missing, as well as the mattress being to small for the platform. Bedroom was very large with plenty of space. Room was overall fairly clean and furniture was in good condition. Breakfast was good and had some options.

Huge clean room, beautiful hotel, great pool, laundry room. I requested a crib in advance and called the front desk when it wasn’t there upon arrival. Took an hour or two for them to bring it, long after my baby should’ve been in bed. Otherwise great service and excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Felt very clean.

Here on business. Well organized location. Stay was helpful. Weds reception is a nice add on!

Best hilton in Redondo

We had a 2 bedroom suite. the room with the beds was very spacious. The room with the kitchen and sitting space was small. The rooms were a little outdated, but everything was fine. The extra space in the seating area would have been wonderful with our family needs. The chase attached to the couch was a favorite sitting space! The customer service was top notch and made up for the small issues with the room. Our A/c unit was not working when we arrived. Within 30 minutes, maintenance was up, got it fixed, and left. Things break down. Their response was quick and fantastic! Everything felt clean. Hallway carpet was aging, but we watch a gentleman walking up and down the hallways everyday over our 10 day stay who would spot clean anything he saw that was dirty. Housekeeping ladies, can't say enough good things about them! Very helpful, kind. Most spoke Spanish. As an English speaker, I was concerned about a language barrier. These ladies strived to connect with us. They would pull out their phones to use Google translate. Never once was I turned away because of a language barrier. They always smiled in the hallway. We really enjoyed them. Asked for room service one day. Ten days was a lot for no vaccumm, etc. WOW! It was so nice to come in. I felt comfortable with them coming into our room and trusted that our things would be fine with them coming in. Front desk staff, also amazing!! We needed a LOT of towels, washcloths and blankets over our stay. They were prompt and helpful. The staff (laundry staff, maybe?) who brought up our things, very kind as well. Breakfast staff - wow! Breakfast was packed. They zipped in and out making sure everything stayed full and clean. Didn't meet anyone that I didn't think was fantastic. Location was really good, once we figured out where we were. 10 minute drive to Wal-Mart, the beach, etc. Close to the highway, but not so close you could see or hear it.
